Asterix Comic Books by Rene Goscinny (*****) These comics are great, and funny. Asterix is a Gaul and drinks a magic potion to make him super strong. The Guals HATE the Romans, and they punch them, and much more. If you like comics, adventures, and early times, BUY THIS BOOK!
The BFG by Roald Dahl (208) pages (****) If you like wacky words words like “Snozcumbers”, Big Friendly (and Un-Friendly) giants, and adventures, this is a great book for you!
Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator by Roald Dahl (159 pages) (*****) Sorry! I read the book so long ago that I can’t remember it! BUT, I gave it 5 stars!!
The Cricket in Times Square by George Selden (134 pages) (*****) This is a story about a mouse, a cat, and a cricket who live in the Big Apple. If you like China, animals, and books this is a Great book for you!
Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2: Rodrick Rules by Jeff Kinney (217 pages) (*****)
Found by Margaret Peterson Haddix (*****) This is an amazing book about an airplane that appears out of nowhere and disappears the same way. If you like cliffhangers, you will love every single chapter in this book. The last line of each chapter leaves you wanting more! The sequel doesn’t come out until August ’09.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowling (870 pages) (*****) (I recomend all of the Harry Potter books, but this one is the best!) This book is the best book in the world! If you like magic, mysterys, and castles, (this is the #1 book that I would recomend, so Start reading!!) this is the right book for you.
The Invention of Hugo Cabret by Brian Selznick (532 pages) (*****) Orphan, Clock Keeper, and Thief. Hugo has a great adventure going through walls, houses, and much more. If you like clocks, mysterys, adventure, and pictures (the pictures are the best ever!!) this is the perfect book for you.
The Miraculous Journey of Edward Toulane by Kate DiCamilo (still working on it)
Phineas L. Maguire Erupts! by Frances O’Roark Dowell (167 pages) (****) If you like experiments, comedy books, and FUN this is the right book for you.

Wringer by Jerry Spinelli (261 pages) (*****) This book is about a boy who doesn’t want to be a wringer (a person who shoots pigeons). All of his friends fake shoot with their hands when they see a pigeon because they want to be wringers. What will happen with the boy? Read to find out!

I read Found and I really liked it. I can’t beliece they left us hanging in the end. I wonder when the new book will comeout.
